A short 10-minute drive brings you to small villages, Michelin-recommended restaurants, refined countryside cafés, historic estates and established golf courses.

Sound healing, dinner and time in the hot tub under the stars.

Optional massage to deepen the experience.
Overnight stay, morning yoga and breakfast.

For special occasions, rooms may also be prepared with refined decorative details.

I came to Inna with the whole bunch of issues and objectives. And I can confidently say that I went really far from the starting point. I forgot about my lower back pain that was bothering me for almost a decade. My sleep pattern improved a lot. My hormones stopped striking my body with peaks every month. My energy levels went visibly up. I started recovering within 1-2 days from any cold/flu like symptoms...

 

I started my journey with Balancyoga and Inna over 10 months ago and the only thing I regret is that I hadn’t done it earlier.​​

A glimpse into the beauty we create together

We didn't built a retreat

We built a home — the kind we’d always longed for.

For years, we travelled to warm, faraway places to care for our bodies — to move, to breathe, to feel alive. But we’ve always loved England. And one day, we asked ourselves: what if we could live this way every day — here?

So we created our own Blue Zone — a space where fresh smoothies nourish the gut, the sound of water soothes the nervous system, daily yoga and massage reconnect you with your body, and life flows at a slower, more conscious pace.

Balancyoga House was created with love by us, Inna & Max.
It’s more than a space — it’s our way of living.
