balancyoga house

Private boutique stay in Kent Downs

The house

Designed for the body to thrive

Balancyoga House is a private residence with an indoor koi pond and distinctive architectural design.

Adult-only.

Not a busy place.

Not a hotel.
Not a retreat centre.

A world apart.

Today, it offers the conditions for nervous system restoration. A setting for reflection, connection, and private celebration.

For individual stays, the house accommodates no more than two couples at a time.
Silence is respected. Shared spaces remain calm — or reserved privately for practices.

Shared moments unfold naturally.

Conversation flows without pressure.

Come as you are.
Let the house do the rest.

Guest reflections

I came to Inna with the whole bunch of issues and objectives. And I can confidently say that I went really far from the starting point. I forgot about my lower back pain that was bothering me for almost a decade. My sleep pattern improved a lot. My hormones stopped striking my body with peaks every month. My energy levels went visibly up. I started recovering within 1-2 days from any cold/flu like symptoms...

I started my journey with Balancyoga and Inna over 10 months ago and the only thing I regret is that I hadn’t done it earlier.

Moments

We didn't built a retreat

We built a home — the one we had always longed for.

Years of travelling taught us that considered living, restoration and a slower rhythm are not tied to geography. They are choices.

We chose to bring that way of being here — to England.

Balancyoga House carries that intention:
an environment shaped for longevity, movement shaped for strength, rest shaped for recovery.

Today, its doors are open to those who value the same.

Created by Inna & Max.

A place where the body settles into its best state.
